PETER HERNANDEZ

 

Born in Phoenix and raised as a Navy brat, Peter grew up skateboarding and absorbing counterculture before settling in Tucson in 2005. He relocated to Los Angeles in 2015, where he spent years working as a professional cook, developing discipline, resilience, and an obsessive respect for craft—qualities that later carried directly into tattooing.

​At 33, Peter began his tattoo apprenticeship under Scott Glazier, committing himself fully to the trade. Now 36, he approaches tattooing with patience, integrity, and a deep respect for the history and responsibility of the profession.​

Peter specializes in manga-influenced and black-and-grey traditional tattooing, drawing heavily from his lifelong passion for comic books, manga, and anime. A genuine fan of tattoo culture in all its forms, he treats tattooing not just as a job, but as a lifelong pursuit of skill, growth, and collaboration.
